Bookr is a simple and efficient online platform for managing appointments. We offer business owners a digital calendar where they can set up availability and customers can make appointments.
Using Bookr brings multiple benefits, including increasing the visibility of your business, easy management of appointments, customers and team. It also provides access to statistics to optimize sales.
Signing up on Bookr is simple. Go to our website, create an account and follow the steps to set up services, schedules and other details of your business. If you want to use the mobile version of Bookr, go to this linkto download our app.

To configure the work schedule, log in to your account. Bookr and go to the section “Settings” → “My work schedule”. Here you can specify the days and times when you are available for appointments. For more information on the working hours go to blog post dedicated.
To set up your services, log in to your account. Bookr and go to the section “Settings” → “My Services”. Create new services and specify the name, duration and tariff for each service.
Bookr has functionalities to manage availability and avoid overlapping appointments. Specify break periods between appointments or automatically configure training periods between services for an efficient workflow.
Bookr allows you to offer simple services (e.g. haircuts, massages, medical consultations), subscription services (e.g. personal trainer subscriptions, massage subscriptions) and online services with Google Meet integration (e.g. online consultation, online mentoring, online coaching).
All appointments and bookings of your customers are displayed in the calendar in the “Appointments” section of your account. Bookr. Appointments can be viewed, modified or canceled at will.
You can communicate with customers through the Bookr platform. You have the option to send notifications and messages to provide additional information.
Customers are automatically notified by push or SMS notifications of their appointments, confirmations, changes or cancellations.
The subscription can be activated directly through the Bookr platform, using available payment options such as credit cards. This step can be performed both in the process of creating the account and later by changing the subscription.
Bookr supports various payment options, including credit cards, digital wallets, and other popular methods, to make payment for booked services.
To manage your invoice and subscription, go to the “Settings” → “Payments” → “Subscription” section. Here you can view and pay your bills or update your subscription options.
If you reach the limit of 100 appointments per month In the Silver plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan to continue managing your bookings seamlessly. Moving on to the plan Goldor Platinum, you will have access to unlimited appointments and other advanced functionality.
Important: Just account administrator can perform an upgrade. Staff members do not have access to this functionality.
The upgrade is active immediately, so you can continue managing without any problems!
Bookr offers two payment options:
- Payment at the location of the business
- Advance payment/online payment.
The payment processor transfers payments to the configured account within 1-3 calendar days.
The client pays for the appointment when he creates it.
The business pays a processing fee of up to 2.9% + 0.25€ for each appointment paid online, plus Bookr processing fees (0.60€).
If the appointment is cancelled by a staff member, the payment will be refunded to the customer's account within 7-10 business days. Processing fees are non-refundable.
If the appointment is cancelled by the customer, the payment will be refunded to the customer's account within 7-10 working days only if the cancellation is made at least a number of hours before the appointment. This number of hours can be configured from your profile. Processing fees are non-refundable.
Services are paid to the configured bank account. The business owner can set up a single bank account for the entire business, or enable the option for each staff member to add their individual bank account.
Online payment can only be added for simple services. Subscription services cannot be paid online.
Online payment can be stopped by disabling it from each service you offer.
