There are no additional fees for Bookr Assistant appointments. You will only pay the cost of the booked service, with no other fees.

If you encounter any problems, you can send a message to the support team via Bookr Assistant or contact them directly Bookr assistance.

You can cancel an appointment directly on WhatsApp by sending a message to Bookr Assistant with details of the reservation you want to cancel.

To modify an appointment, send a message to Bookr Assistant specifying the changes you want, and the bot will update the appointment as available.

After you complete an appointment, Bookr Assistant will send you a confirmation on WhatsApp to confirm your appointment details.

At this point, Bookr Assistant automatically retrieves your account details, so appointments can be made just for you.

To use Bookr Assistant on WhatsApp, you must have an account on the Bookr platform. Make sure you have the Bookr app installed and your account created — the assistant will automatically retrieve your details and facilitate scheduling.
